Position Overview

Providing excellent customer service at all times. Greet and thank every customer with a smile. Assist each customer with their needs so they may leave Game Nest with a positive experience.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Preferred)

  Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

  Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or  holidays

  Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as take directions

  Maintain an excellent, clean environment for the customer

  Ability to to keep composure in a high-pressure situation

  Be a good teammate by keeping to your shift tasks

Competencies

• Occasional bending, crawling and climbing

  Occasionally in small spaces where a high level of mobility/flexibility is needed

  Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs

  Occasional ascending or descending on ladders and ramps

  Frequently answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner

  Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication

  Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances

  Constant cash handling

  Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication

  Ability to learn quickly

  Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
