Let's be clear about what you're booking
A full arcade buyout, start to finish
Corporate events in Las Vegas at Game Nest work exactly one way. We close to the public for your window. No walk-in customers, no waiting behind strangers for a cabinet, no shouting over another group's birthday party. Your team has the run of the floor.
- The whole venue. All 10,000 sq ft, exclusively your group's for the booked hours.
- Every machine. All 50+ cabinets on unlimited play, with no tokens and no queues.
- The kitchen too. Kafe Nesto cooks for your event only while you're in the building.
- Your own hours. Buyouts can run inside normal hours, or before and after them.
Why a full arcade buyout beats the usual outing
Corporate events fail when people feel obligated to be there. Handing a team an entire arcade fixes that faster than any facilitator can. Your quietest engineer turns out to be a rhythm-game monster. Your VP loses to an intern at Street Fighter. That is the part people retell on Monday.
50+ machines, unlimited play
Rhythm cabinets, racing sims, fighters, shooters, and retro classics, all on a flat hourly rate. No tokens, no credit limits, no one stuck watching.
Catering handled in-house
Kafe Nesto is our own kitchen, right on the floor. Pizza, wings, tenders, musubi, boba, and more, with zero outside vendors to coordinate.
The building is closed to everyone else
A full arcade buyout means exactly that. We shut the doors to the public, and your group has all 10,000 sq ft with no strangers on the floor.
Five minutes from the Strip
We sit in the Chinatown corridor on Spring Mountain Road, an easy ride from any hotel or the convention center, with free parking directly out front.
You work with the owners
No event coordinator layer and no national chain playbook. You plan directly with the people who built Game Nest, so the answer to "can we do this?" comes back fast.
Something they can't get at home
Our Japanese cabinet imports are genuinely rare in the American Southwest. For visiting teams and out-of-town clients, that makes this a real Las Vegas story to take back.
Plan your full arcade buyout
Every option below books the entire arcade. Set your occasion, headcount, and hours, then copy the summary straight into the quote form and we'll come back with pricing.
-
All 50+ machines, unlimited play Every guest plays every qualifying cabinet for the length of the buyout. No tokens, no reloading, no queue.
-
The full 10,000 sq ft, closed to the public Not a reserved section. The whole arcade is yours for the booked window, with no walk-in customers on the floor.

Every buyout is quoted individually — headcount, hours, and menu all move the number, so we price it properly rather than guessing. Call (725) 780-4426 if you'd rather talk it through.

Every kind of company occasion
We host corporate events in Las Vegas for every kind of team, and each one books the same way: a full arcade buyout, sized to your group.
Team building
Head-to-head racing, co-op shooters, rhythm challenges. Real competition and real collaboration, with no facilitator and no trust falls.
Company happy hours
A step up from the usual bar. Food and drinks plus 50+ games gives people a reason to stay, mingle, and actually enjoy the evening.
Holiday parties
Skip the hotel ballroom and take the whole arcade instead. This is the holiday party people bring up again in January and request the following year.
Client entertainment
Stand out from dinner and drinks. Buying out an arcade in Chinatown lands differently than another steakhouse reservation, especially for out-of-town clients.
Onboarding and welcome events
Nothing levels new hires and twenty-year veterans quite like a rhythm game. The ice breaks in about four minutes.
Sales kickoffs and retreats
Reward the team with something they can't do back home. Our Japanese imports are one of a kind in the American Southwest.
Game Nest vs the usual options
Most corporate venues are built for passive attendance, and most rent you a corner of a room that's still open to everyone else. A Game Nest buyout hands you the entire building.

Everything you need to know
The practical details behind corporate events in Las Vegas at Game Nest, from parking to lead time.
Location
4525 W Spring Mountain Rd #112, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Five minutes from the Strip in the Chinatown corridor.
Parking
Free surface parking directly in front of the venue. No validation, no fees for your guests.
Availability
Open seven days a week, with evening and weekend buyouts available. Because a buyout closes the arcade to the public, we can also schedule it before or after regular hours.
Group size
Buyouts run from 10 guests to 200+. The whole venue is yours either way — headcount changes the catering and the quote, not the space.
Mixed-age groups
Fully all-ages. The library runs from beginner-friendly racing to competitive fighters, so a 25-year-old and a 55-year-old both find their game.
Lead time
Send your details as early as you can. A buyout takes a whole day off our public calendar, so holiday-season dates in particular go months ahead.
In the spotlight
Before you book corporate events in Las Vegas with anyone, it's fair to ask who they are. Local and national outlets have covered Game Nest as one of the best things to do in the city, not as a tourist novelty but as a community institution.

A local business, not a venue chain
We built Game Nest ourselves, machine by machine, because Las Vegas had plenty of places to spend money on games and very few places to actually enjoy them. That's still how we run it.
When you plan corporate events in Las Vegas with us, you're emailing the owners. That means we can say yes to an odd start time, adjust a menu the week of, or open the arcade early so your buyout runs before we'd normally unlock the doors — decisions a national venue would route through three departments. We're on the floor most days, so come look at the space before you commit.
