The short version
So there's no confusion
What a party package actually is
You are reserving a section of Kafe Nesto for your group, plus game cards for everyone in it. The arcade stays open to the public around you. That keeps the price low and the booking simple, and it is all most groups need.
- Your own table area. A reserved section of the cafe for your group, food, and cake.
- Cards for fifteen. Two hours of unlimited play each, on every qualifying machine.
- Food included. Two large pizzas and fifteen drinks from the Kafe Nesto kitchen.
- Not a venue buyout. Other guests are still in the arcade. If you need the whole place to yourselves, that's a full arcade buyout.
Booking a kid's birthday? It's the exact same package — head to birthday parties for the version written for parents.
What people book party packages in Las Vegas for
One package covers all of these. If your group wants food, games, and somewhere to sit without planning a whole event, this is the booking.
Graduations
Cap and gown in the afternoon, claw machines by evening. A low-key way to celebrate that works for a mixed crowd of family and friends.
Showers and gender reveals
Something for the guests who don't love sitting through games in a living room. Bring your cake, we'll handle the food and the floor.
Team and club nights
End-of-season parties, robotics clubs, dance teams, gaming groups. Fifteen cards means nobody sits out because they ran out of credits.
Family reunions
Cousins who have not met in years figure each other out faster over a racing cabinet than across a dinner table.
Church and youth groups
An easy outing with a fixed price and food included. Add guests in the calculator if your group runs bigger than fifteen.
Quinceañeras and sweet sixteens
Book the after-party here, once the formal part is done and everyone wants out of their shoes.
Small work outings
A team lunch or after-work get-together for a handful of people. If you want the whole arcade closed to the public instead, see corporate buyouts.
Just because
No occasion required. Plenty of groups book a package simply because it is easier than feeding and entertaining fifteen people themselves.
What's included and what it costs
One package, one price, no upsell maze, and the same rate whatever you're celebrating. Pick your day, add any extra guests, and the total updates as you go.

How booking works
Four steps, and only the first one needs you to make a decision.
Pick your date
Use the calculator above to price your day and headcount, then open the booking page and pick an available time slot.
Pay the $100 deposit
The deposit holds your date and comes off your balance. You pay the rest at the arcade on party day.
Tell your group
Send them the date, the address, and a heads-up that food is covered. That is genuinely the whole to-do list.
Show up and play
Your section, cards, lanyards, pizza, and drinks are ready when you arrive. The two hours of unlimited play start when your group does.
The easiest way to host fifteen people
Hosting is a lot of small decisions. The package makes most of them for you before you arrive.
The games never stop
Every guest gets a two-hour card with unlimited play. No token math, no running back for more credits, and nobody stuck watching because their money ran out.
Food is already handled
Two large pizzas and fifteen drinks come with the package, straight from our Kafe Nesto kitchen. Hungrier crowd? Add wings, tenders, musubi, or fries without leaving the building.
Nothing to set up or clean
No folding tables, no hauling coolers, no scraping frosting off a floor at the end of the night. Show up, hand out lanyards, and let the arcade run the show.
It works for every age in the group
Imported Japanese cabinets, pinball, claw machines, and golden-age classics sit side by side, so a nine-year-old and a fifty-year-old both find something they want to play.
Add more food to your booking
The package feeds a normal group of fifteen. For a hungrier crowd, or for the adults hovering near the table, add any of these when you book.
Two large 16 inch · cheese or pepperoni, +$4 each
30 pieces, up to 3 sauces · hot, BBQ, spicy honey, plain ranch

Good to know before you book
The small print on party packages in Las Vegas at Game Nest, so nothing catches you out on the day.
Deposit and balance
A $100 deposit reserves your date and applies to your total. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.
Extra guests
Add guests at $27 each on weekdays or $30 each on weekends, right in the calculator above. Each one gets their own two-hour card and drink ticket.
Cake and decorations
Bring your own cake, dessert, and candles. Tell us at booking if you're bringing decorations so we can point you to the right section.
Arrive a few minutes early
Come about 15 minutes before your start time so we can get your section set and hand out cards. The two hours begin once your group is playing.
The arcade stays open
Your section is reserved, but Game Nest is still open to the public during your booking. Groups that want the venue to themselves book a full arcade buyout instead.
Guests who aren't playing
Anyone who just wants to sit, eat, and watch is welcome without a card. If they decide to play, add them as a guest for the same unlimited two hours.

Why we built this place
We opened Game Nest because Las Vegas had plenty of places to spend money on games and very few places to actually enjoy them. So we imported the cabinets we grew up loving, built a claw machine wall with real prizes, and put a kitchen in the middle of it.
Then groups started asking whether they could book party packages in Las Vegas here for everything from graduations to team nights, and the same three things kept coming up: one price, food handled, no cleanup. That is exactly what the package is. We are on the floor most days — come say hi before you book.
